Zero Day RAM leak patch applied


Like the rookie I am, I allowed an external resource call to find it's way into the screen update (ie once-per-frame) function.  So the initial version would load a particular image 30-90 times per second.  This was not good for RAM.

Also forced a normally automated cleanup operation to run, in addition to the normal times, every 'level'.  

Minor tweak to the display of the action-selection-circles (cosmetic improvement that should also slightly improve framerate)
Fixed a particular variable being able to go negative
Added a text indicator that the status bar, when hovered over, provides directions and pauses the game.
