What's new?

- We're up to 13 girls, which is probably the final number. At this point you'd have to either be intentionally cycling multiple times or playing pretty sub-optimally to see any given lady more than once, which was the tentative goal.

- Some people were reloading when they 'failed' to hit a prestige milestone, not realizing that the game assumes you'll probably miss it occasionally and, rather than punishing you for it, rewards you for the attempt by adjusting future cities to be very slightly easier. I've tried to suggest as much in the narrative without outright stating what the game is doing algorithmically behind the scenes, and I've also adjusted how losses are counted to make it reload proof (ie the game now 'remembers' a failed attempt, even if you reload to an easier state of play).

- A little seeding of the plot, thin as it is, so the ending has more of a build up.
